I have gotten to where I close the browser (Chrome or safari) and relaunch which will speed up the loading of sites for a brief while. I'm not sure if my iPad is running out of memory or something else. I don't keep many tabs open to reduce the lag.

Does anyone have any suggestions? It is an older iPad, the first version air. It ran very well with ios 10 but once I upgraded to 11, all these slowdowns started happening. And I don't believe I can downgrade.
